Teez Me! makes every effort to ship your order within 24-36 hours from date of purchase, Monday-Thursday. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to modify it. This includes any cancellations.
 
Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 2:00pm EST will process that day(pending item availability) and will ship the next business day. All orders placed after 2:00pm EST will begin processing the next business day (pending item availability), and will ship within 24-36 hours from the time of being processed. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will ship on Tuesday
 
If there is a problem, such as the merchandise that you ordered not being in stock, you will be notified immediately, either by phone or email. It is important that you provide us with your correct information when you place an order for this reason.
 
 
SPECIAL ORDERS
 
Teez Me! will be more than happy to place special orders. A 30% non refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be due within 5 business days from receipt of invoice. If not paid, the deposit will be forfeited.  
 
Special Orders are a FINAL SALE.
 

 
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. We also offer Express checkout through Paypal.
You may also use an e-check through Paypal as well. Please note that the use of Paypal's e-check feature requires a 2-5 business day holding period for the check to clear with your financial institution. Your item(s) will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Teez Me does not accept personal checks through the mail, however, we will gladly accept a postal money order or a bank drawn cashiers check. The use of Paypal's Express Checkout requires a Paypal account.
 
If you wish to purchase merchandise with a postal money order or a cashiers check, please send us an email (or give us a call!) with the item(s) that you wish to purchase, along with the size(s) that you need. Please also include your shipping address so that we may calculate the shipping costs for you. We will contact you with the total (including shipping) as well as where to mail your payment.
 
 
We will hold your items for 7 business days from the date that your order was placed. If we have not received your payment within that time frame, the items will be returned to stock.
 
We accept credit card orders over the phone, by fax and email. Card verification is required. The shipping and billing addresses MUST match. This is for your protection from credit card fraud.
 
We are required by law to charge Georgia residents 7% sales tax.
 
Please let us know if you require a gift receipt in the message section at checkout.
 
 
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERING:
 
Our risk control features are set up in such a way where our customers have the utmost protection from credit card theft & fraud. Unfortunately, this might make international ordering on our site difficult because not all overseas countries have card verification systems in place. Send us an email with the items that you would like to purchase and we will send you a SECURE online invoice via email!
 
 
 
 
 
For shipping within the United States, we currently offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS Next Day as your shipping choices.
 
All of our shipments are insured by DSI Insurance, who are underwritten by Navigators Insurance Comapany. DSI is affiliated, aligned, and partnered with many reputable companies. DSI insures your package under our policy while it is on route to you. Items that you send back to us for return or exchange are not covered.
 
 
International orders can be shipped using USPS Priority International Mail or USPS First Class International Mail. UPS is also available to use with Worldwide Express & Worldwide Expedited.
 
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import fees and/or taxes. You are responsible for any and all fees incurred by your local customs agencies. We reserve the right to charge you the amount of return postage if you refuse your shipment due to the non-payment of import taxes or fees. Your local customs agency may delay your order for reasons unknown to us. Please accustom yourself with their policies if you intend to place an international order.
 
 
When we offer free shipping, we will only ship your items to one address. Items are sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Shipping and Processing charges do not qualify. Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns & exchanges. Offer is not valid on previous purchases. 
 
When we offer free shipping to our international clients, items will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail.

We do our part to get your package to the shipping agency as stated. If your package is delivered later than expected, or outside of the time frame given for UPS, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to refund your money. You will have to contact the shipping agency for your refund.
 
  Teez Me is NOT responsible for the delivery times of the United States Postal Services or that of UPS.
 

 
 
 
We do not give a merchandise credit or a refund for the difference in price due to a previous purchase going on sale.
 
 
ITEMS PURCHASED 12/1 - 12/18 HAVE 30 DAYS TO BE RETURNED . 
 
If you are not happy with a clothing item that you purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
 
If you are not satisfied with a jewelry or handbag item purchased from us, you may return it within 7 days from receipt of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
 
If you wish to exchange an item, simply send it back to us and a new one will be shipped out to you. You are responsible for return postage, and we suggest that you provide insurance as well as a way to track the package. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged articles. We will gladly ship out your first exchange at our expense. We are unable to offer this to our international clients.
 
If you would like a refund, we will credit your account for the cost of the item. We will not credit your account for the cost of shipping or for return postage unless otherwise negotiated by someone on staff at Teez Me. Items returned due to an invalid shipping address will be credited less the cost of shipping. Unclaimed items will receive a refund less the cost of shipping & processing. No refunds will be issued on gift wrap.
 
ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED AFTER THE ALLOWED TIME FRAME OF 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF DELIVERY WILL CARRY A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 
 
 
We will not accept items for return that have been washed, dry cleaned, used, or damaged in any way. This includes items that come back to us sprayed with cologne or perfume, that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, that are stretched or mis-shapen. The items must be in the same condition as when they were received by you. All items must have all tags attached (if any) and be returned with all of the original packaging, i.e. manufacturer's plastic bag. Any & all damaged items without original packaging will be refused for refund or exchange and you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
 
PLEASE DO NOT REUSE THE BOX YOUR ITEM CAME IN FOR RETURN. 
 
A packing slip (or gift receipt) was included with your order. Please send that along with the item(s) that you are returning. Write a brief reason on it explaining why you are returning the garment(s), and if it is for an exchange or a refund.
 
Should you not have your packing slip or gift receipt, please include on a piece of paper:

  3. Your email address
  4. The item(s) that you purchased

Please allow 7-10 business days for the process of your refund/exchange. It may take up to 14 business days during and immediately after the holiday season.
 
 
 
Gift Certificates are available in increments of $25, $50, $75, & $100. They are valid for a full 12 months from the date of purchase. If you wish to purchase a gift certificate in a larger denomination, please contact us.
 
Gift Certificates are emailed to the recipient within 36 hours from the time of purchase. Personal messages can be posted in the special instructions box at checkout and will be added to the email containing the certificate.
 
 
The redemption of a gift certificate requires a voucher code that is automatically generated by our system. Without this code, our system will not recognize your certificate and you will be charged for the merchandise.
 
We do not give cash back on the redemption of gift certificates. Should you have any money due, you will receive a merchandise credit that will be valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
 
 
 
 Gift wrap includes a box, tissue, wrapping paper, ribbon & an enclosure card.
 
The boxes that we use are 15 x 9.5 x 2
 
 
The photos depicting the wrapped gifts are for illustrative purposes only. While we do use the exact materials pictured, your gift may not be wrapped in the same manner.
 
Gift wrap is nonrefundable.

We are a retail establishment. We do not sell items at cost, nor do we give out our supplier information.

Site Meter collects your IP address, browser type and operating system on each visit to every page on this site on our behalf.  This information is used ONLY for internal statistic tracking purposes and is never shared with other entities outside Teez Me unless required by law enforcement.  Your name and other information is NOT collected unless you specifically provide it.

E-Mail:

Teez Me does not send bulk e-mail messages, or 'Spam'.  We only communicate with our current clients, current vendors, current business partners, insurance carriers or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients or business partners.  We will, on occassion, send all of our clients a group e-mail when special offers, price changes, software updates or important issues arise.  If you believe you have received bulk e-mail from us, or have received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.

All e-mail messages received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of Teez Me without your express permission unless required by law enforcement.

If you do not wish to receive further e-mail communications from us, please let us know.  We do not have an automated mail-list system because we send all of our e-mails manually.

Impersonation of others, including a Teez Me host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
